Delivery Terms for Adorning Angels

Delivery Service Provider: All deliveries will be facilitated through Royal Mail, exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Charges: The delivery charge will be a fixed amount, predetermined and clearly stated at the time of purchase. This charge will cover the cost of standard packaging, shipping and handling.

Delivery Timeframe: We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and Royal Mail’s operational efficiency. Once shipped, we will endeavour to assist you where possible but Adorning Angels cannot accept liability for lost or late packages due to the delivery company.

Tracking Information: All purchases will be sent using the Royal Mail standard service. Should you wish for the item to be sent Special Delivery, please send us an email and we will endeavour to assist you. Please note that additional charges will apply.

Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase. We cannot be held liable for any delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts: Royal Mail will make reasonable attempts to deliver the package to the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful, a delivery notification card will be left, providing instructions for collection or redelivery arrangements.

Delivery Issues: In the event of any delivery issues, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly for assistance. We will liaise with Royal Mail to resolve any delivery-related concerns as efficiently as possible.

Returns Policy: Please note that due to hygiene reasons, Adorning Angels are only able to accept returns if the product/s arrive faulty. Please ensure that you read through the details & description of the items to be purchased prior to making payment, so that you are certain the sizing and fitting of the item is suitable for your requirements.

If your order contained 2 or more items, Adorning Angels will only accept the return of the faulty item and not the complete order.

Return Shipping: If there is a fault with the product, Adorning Angels will cover the cost of the return postage as a gesture of good will. Please contact us via email and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to return your purchase. Please note, all items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will initiate the refund process within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges: Due to the nature of the purchased product, we ae unable to offer an exchange of product.  

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, or disruptions in Royal Mail’s services.

Amendments to Terms: These delivery terms are subject to change at our discretion. Any amendments will be updated on our website and communicated to customers accordingly.
